At Rosabelle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
- Items damaged due to misuse
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed or replacement will be sent
- Refunds may take a few business days depending on the payment method
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong size/color. Contact us to request an exchange.
